Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The

employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to danger from overhead PVC pipe carrying compressed air:
(a)625 Hembree Parkway, Roswell, GA  Employees are exposed to danger from
compressed air inside PVC pipe unrated for that purpose.
Some methods of abatement would include, but are not limited to, the
complete enclosure
of the PVC pipe in a conduit or casing of sufficient strength to provide
protection from
external damage and deterioration.  The replacement of the PVC pipe with
a type
approved for the use with compressed air, e.g. ABS
(AcrylonitrileButadieneStyrene)
and/or other approved piping.
