Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
%%
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
(a)  Potential hazards of serious injury of being shot from firing
live ammunition in the same building with employees outside the
live-fire room.  The only safeguard between live ammunition and
employees is a sheetrock wall or a wood door for a majority of the
room walled surface area.
Feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard include but
not limited to:
1.  Construct an indoor firing range with walls capable of stopping
any bullets without ricochetting.
