Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
(a)  Hazard of being struck by the collapsing monorail hoist system
and loads in weave room area in that monrail hoist system was loaded
beyond capacity on or about May 27, 1992.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
corret this hazard is the reenforcement of the monorail hoist system in
accordence to Profession Engineering Report dated February 18, 1991.
