death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:

(a) The hazard of potential hydrogen cyanide gas inhalation from
improper storage of sodium cyanide and potassium cyanide salts
adjacent to acid salts and sodium hydroxide at Montana Silversmiths,
in the plating room.  Among other methods, one feasible means of
abatement is to move the containers of cyanide salts to an
area well removed from containers of acid salts and sodium salts.
