CHASSIS AND ARE SUBJECT TO FALLING ON EMPLOYEES. TRUCKS ARE UNSAFE
OR HOIST NOT DESIGNED FOR TRUCK USAGE;
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHODTO
CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO INSTALL SAFETY DEVICES ON ALL LIFTS AND TO
HAVE DEFECTIVE PARTS REPAIRED OR REPLACED PER THE MANUFACTURER'S
RECOMMENDATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANSI B-153-1-1981. PERIODIC
INSPECTIONS TO ENSURE THAT ALL COMPONENTS ARE IN SAFE OPERATING
CONDITION ARE RECOMMENDED.
