manufacturers recommendations was not established.  Written,
dated and signed inspection reports and records were not made
on critical items such as brakes, hooks and running ropes.
Monorail hoists manufactured by Detroit Hoist and Crane Company
numbers 143647, 143809, 143648, 143650, 143646, 143644, 143645.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to establish a preventative maintenance program
based on the hoist manufacturers recommendations.
