Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The %% employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) 2nd Level Eastside, Landside; No fall protection devices for employees moving/adjusting scaffolding and walking on a concrete support thereby exposing employees to a 30 foot fall hazard. (b) Roof Area Eastside, Landside; There were no fall protection devices availablefor employeeshandling block from the material lift in the material handling area thereby exposing employees to an 18 foot fall hazard.
