Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
(a)  Airside, Concourse A, Second Floor;  Employees were not
trained in the safe and proper operation of the JLG
(scissor lift) model 20S-1 self-propelled elevating work
platform.
Among other methods,one feasible andacceptable abatement
method to correct this hazard is to implement a training
program on the JLG scissor in accordance with the
manufacturer's and ANSI/SIA A 92.6-1990 recommendations.
