pinch point with the ground, and where nip points are created between the
two flight chains and their sprockets without the presence of an emergency
trip wire or emergency stop buttons:
(a)  Foundry:  An emergency trip wire or stop buttons were not
provided at the tail end of the sand trench conveyor.  One
method of abatement, among others, is to install an
emergency stop wire.
