A) INSTALL AN AUTOMATIC MECHANICAL SAFETY LOCKING DEVICE.
B) INSTRUCT & TRAIN EMPLOYEES IN THE PROPER USE OF MECHANICAL SAFETY
LOCKING DEVICES FOR AN AIR HYDRAULIC LIFT.
