Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The emplo furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) Paragon Brands, New Addition construction site; A clear view of the path of travel was not maintained for the painter operating the Marklift JSeries aerial platform. (13194) (b) Paragon Brands, New Addition construction site; A safe distance from floor holes was not maintained. (13194) Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to ensure a clear view and a safe distance from hazards on the floor in accordance with ANSI A92.6 1990.
