compressor capable of delivering air at up to 100 psi at a rate of 185 CFM,
were not properly constructed, relieved and maintained so as to safely
contain
the pressure.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method to correct this hazard is to utilize vessels constructed and
maintained per AMSE
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII - Rules for Construction of
Pressure Vessels,
Division 1.
