were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
(a)  Jobsite:  On or about May 28, 1992, an employee was injured
when a Dymahoe 190 backhoe slide down a sloped driveway.  This
Dymahoe 190 backhoe did not have its stablizers down and set.
NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method would be to set both stablizers before operating this
machine.
