Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Marysville, Ohio, 24500 Honda Parkway, staging areas, parking areas, rail loading areas, and driving areas, operators were allowed to drive automobiles with wax on the windows creating a poor visability condition. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to assure that wax is cleaned from the autombile windows before it is driven as stipulated by Ohio Motor Vehicle Law - Section 4513.24 and Section 4513.241. Also Ohio Department of Education Driver Education Program Standard 3301-81-03.

Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Marysville, Ohio, 24500 Honda Parkway, B pad rail loading area, track 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, A pad rail loading area, tracks 3 and 4, rail loaders were allowed to perform tasks such as wratching down automobiles with chain and straps, changing bridge plates, and dismounting railroad cars in areas not provided with sufficient levels of illumination. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to provide levels of illumination of at least 5 footcandles as stipulated by ANSI 11.1-1973 Section 6.2.
