were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to the hazard of hypothermia and/or drowning:
(a)  Ohoopee River and Highway 280, south of the new bridge - Sears
and Roebuck aluminum johnboat, "Game Fisher" (Model 61292D), two
(2) person capacity (385 pound maximum capacity) was used to ferry
3-4 employees at a time across the river, on or about 2/26/92.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to
correct this hazard are:
(a)  Limit the use of the johnboat to the prescribed capacity.
(b)  Provide a larger capacity boat to ferry employees and equipment
across the river.
