Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in
that, employees were
exposed to:  serious twenty-four foot fall hazards while standing on top
of a concrete form panel
while accessing a job made ladders.
Jobsite:
Employees while accessing and exiting their work area via job made ladders
were
exposed to a twenty-four foot fall to the ground below while standing on
top a concrete
form panel.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard would
be to construct a platform connecting the job made
