(a) The employees working as Customer Service Representatives in the
Children Play Room
were exposed to HDIB at a level of 2.4026 Mg/ M3 For 25 minutes,2.4 times
the recommended
guidelines established by the industry. This limit was established to
prevent skin and respiratory
allergic sensitization as well as irritation of the eyes, nose and throat
which are associated with
over exposure to isocyanate.
Feasible and useful abatement methods for reducing or eliminating the
hazard,among other
methods, is to increase ventilation flow through out the room.gh
