enough to hold the amount of weight that would be placed on it during well

operations at Well # 28-3-1 on December 6, 1995.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
install a manufactured pipe racking mat or install a racking foundation
designed to withstand the
maximum anticipated load.
