Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) West end of clubhouse: Employee was observed riding in a job-made manbasket while being lifted and moved by a Terex Handler Model SS842, SN 002869 rough terrain forklift. On or about 08/09/01. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED. Abatement Note: Train all employees to follow national consensus standard AMSE/ANSI B56.6 and manufacturer's operator's manual.r's
