employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to danger from over hear PVC pipe carrying compressed air:
(a)  At 6934 McCruley Road, Acworth - Empllyees exposed to danger
from PVC pipe carrying compressed air.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this hazard is to replace PVC pipe with ABS pipe designed
to transport compressed air and/or other approved piping.

this OSHA Standard or its  equivalent Standard Section 5(a)(1) of Act
which
