death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to danger from overhead PVC pipe carrying compressed air:
(a)  At 1111 Mission Ridge Road, Rossville employees were exposed
to danger from overhead PVC pipe carrying compressed air.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this hazard is to replace PVC pipe with ABS pipe designed
to transport compressed air and /or other approved piping.
