Section 5(a)(1) of the Act: Employees were exposed to crushing injuries while working under and around the tag axles at the rear of the cement trucks in the maintenance shop located in Plant #3 at 5575 Airport Road, Louviers, Colorado in that employees were not adequately trained when servicing the Bridgemaster or TuckA-Weigh hydraulic system. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to have the maintenance personnel trained by the factory trainers and keep on hand a copy of the maintenance manual for the equipment repaired or serviced by the
