Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish his employees employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed to falls in excess of 15 feet while walking
steel beams to connect and bolt up.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method
to correct this hazardous condition would be to run static lines for
employees to connect their lanyards to prevent possible falls.

its subcontractor (Top Flite Construction) provided fall
protection for employees that were walking steel beams.
