ground below:
(a) Dave Hall, Inc., construction project, located a White Clay Creek
Presbyterian
Church, Polly Drummond Hill Road and Kirkwood Highway, Newark, DE  19720 -
an
employee installing a cross on top of a sixty-five foot high steeple, was
sitting in a boatswain
chair suspended from a Grove crane.  The use of a crane or derrick to
hoist employees on a
boatswain chair is prohibited.
Note:
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this hazard
is to use equipment, such as, but not limited to, an approved personnel
hoist, ladder,
stairway, aerial lift, elevating work platform or scaffold.
