The alleged violations below (4a -4b) have been grouped because they involv e similar or related hazards that may increase the potential for injury resulting from an accident: Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees such as Warehouse Delivery Drivers and Service Repaier were exposed to: (a) The hazard of being infected by HBV and/or HIV through possible direct contact with blood or other body fluids. One feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to identify employee's at substantial risk of exposure and make avaible the Hepatitis B Vaccination to those employees.
