Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were
free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to
in that employees were exposed to fractures and burns due to the
following conditions:
1.  The Caterpillar 950 front end loader had a broken pin on the left
side of the dump bucket that caused the bucket to shake and sway.
2.  The exhaust stack on the Caterpillar 950 loader was not secured it
was loosely placed as to fall, causing burns.
3.  Signal and stop lights on the Caterpillar 950 cat loader were not in
working order.
4.  Braking system on the Caterpillar 950 loader had a leaking cylinder
which had to be filled daily.
