WAS IN MOTION/TRAVELLING WHILE AN EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE BUCKET,
EXPOSING THE EMPLOYEE TO THE HAZARD OF FALLING.  AMONG OTHER
METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD IS:
1.  LOWER THE BOOM BACK TO THE HOME POSITION BEFORE TRAVELLING.
2.  TRAVEL WITHIN THE SPEED THAT WAS PREDETERMINED AND
RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
3.  FOLLOW AND COMPLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS AND ANSI A92.2.
4.  UTILIZE OTHER SAFE AND EFFECTIVE MEANS.
