was  piped  in  an above ground 3/4" PVC pipe system
that  was  not  enclosed  in a conduit or casting of
sufficient  strength  to  provide  protection   from
external damage and deterioration.
"AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE  ABATEMENT  METHOD  TO
CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS:
Replace  the  PVC  pipe  with  a  steel  pipe system
designed for compressed air utilization.
