Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)ISP San Diego: Employees are boarding the M/V KELSOL by reaching onto the dock ladder or leaping 28-42 inches from the vessel onto the dock. Employees are exposed to falling (8- feet) onto a log camel before submerging into the water resulting in serious injuries.
