North Carolina General Statue 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees condition of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a)Campsite concrete house located on Fort Knox Rd.,NC. Migrants are exposed to live electrical wires located in the ground between the house and the trailer. The outside areas to the campsite were wet. Migrant workers are exposed to live electrical wires on the ground between units. Electric water heater(concrete house with concrete floor by the kitchen sink) exposed live wires. Unsafe/unprotected electrical exposed wires. At inspection time the kitchen floor was wet.(see attached photos).
