North Carolina General Statue 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety
and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish to
each of his employees  condition of employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
(a)Campsite #12,13, 6 houses located downtown Belhaven,
Beaufort County, NC. Migrant workers are exposed to live
electrical parts located in the second floor of
campsite#6 wall AC outlets. Wall outlets were not
protected with a face plate to avoid direct contact with
live wires/parts. In the kitchen of campsites #2,13 one
refrigerator on each camp need proper grounding.or
