Reynolds

this hazard is to use a double lanyard system, which would provide

fall protection during work procedures, including

employment and a place
of employment which were free from recgnized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause
death or serious injury or serious physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed
to:
a)site, employees were not trained in the use of fall protection, while
being
routinely exposed to potential fall from elevations of approximately 46'
during
work procedures in Reynolds Coliseum.
"Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
thos hazard is for the employer to purchase the correct equipment from a
manufacturer, with the expressed condition that the manufacturer/sales
representative set up a training package/program for the employer,
involving the
