trailer,
chocks were not used nor were the brakes properly set resulting in
movement of
the trailer from the dock and the manlift falling to the ground thereby
exposing
the worker to a fall hazard.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this
hazard include, but are not limited to, properly setting the tractor
trailer brakes
and chocking the rear wheels prior to on-loading and off-loading
equipment.g
