(a)Production Area - The foot treadle on the Thermatron RF welders numbered 2, 4, 5, 8 and 16 were not guarded, on or about February 26, 2003. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO GUARD THE FOOT TREADLE." VERIFICATION REQUIRED
