accidently stepping on it from the sides.
(b)Plant - Employees operate a thirty (30) ton Di-Acro press brake that
does not
have the foot pedal protected to prevent unintended activation by falling
or
moving objects or someone accidently stepping on it.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT
METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO INSTALL A FOOT PEDAL/TREADLE
GUARD.
