Feasible and acceptable abatement methods to eliminate the hazard include,

Repair or replace the areas of the deteriorated roof where employees are
required to
perform duties; or
Install a structurally sound walking/working surface with standard
railings on the roof
where employees are required to perform duties; or
Install a complete personal fall arrest system, which maintains a safety
factor of at
least two, on the roof where employees are required to perform duties.
