At the establishment, in the deli area, employee(s) cleaning the deep
fryer did not pump
the oil out of the fryer, nor was the hot oil allowed to cool before the
cleaning process.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to
allow the hot oil to cool prior to cleaning the deep fryer.
