Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The

hazard of falling product, off the
overhead conveyors.
Product is subject to falling off, as a result of not being loaded
properly or being knocked off by moving,
powered industrial trucks, from the lower, unguarded portions of the
overhead conveyors, particularly in
RFS aisles and work areas.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to install
basket guards in compliance with A.N.S.I. B20.1, Standard for Conveyors
and Related Equipment.
