On or about 7/16/99, the employer failed to ensure that two employees
working on the
top and along the edge of a roof, with an elevation of approximately 22',
were protected
from falling.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement of this hazard
would be to
require and enforce the wear of a personal fall arrest system consisting
of a full-body
harness and lanyard.
