On 10/30/02, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 25 feet while
climbing over
the guard rails of the JLG Scissors Lift onto the roof of the building.
Among other methods feasible and acceptable to correct this hazard include
but are not
limited to:
a.  Read and follow the manufacturer's operations manual guide lines for
safe use of the
scissors lift.
b.  Ensure that the gate provided within the guard rail system is utilized.
