Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: The hazard of being crushed by portions of the crane structure and/or load of the Grove, 6 ton capacity mobile hydraulic crane, model number 24, serial number 44603, due to not being warned of the crane's travel due to the non-operational horn. One feasible and acceptable method, among others, to correct this hazard is to replace or repair the non-operational horn, as specified by paragraph 3.3.4 of American National Standard Institute , standard B30.15-1973, Mobile Hydraulic Cranes.ic
