hazard
is to prohibit any employee from standing or sitting on equipment such as

Case 580D backhoe, other than in approved passenger seats, while the
equipment
is in motion.  The National Safety Council Publication; Data Sheet I-589,
copyright 1977, "Front-End Loaders" prohibits passengers from riding on
equipment.
