Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to:
a)  On or about January 5, 2000, employees were exposed to the hazard of
being struck by a
pre-constructed wall measuring 12' long x 17' high due to inadequate
bracing used to hold the
wall as its being walked up into a versicle position.  Among other
methods, feasible and
acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard include, but are not
limited to:
a)  Use of a crane or other equipment having the adequate capacity of
raising the pre-
constructed wall into position or b)  Use of more substantial bracing and
backing that is capable
of sustaining the loads and pressures imposed during the manual raising of
the wall in
accordance with Ohio Building Code Section 1615.0 Special Loads and
Section 2305.0 Wood
