1998, where employees walked up to 200ft. north toward the wingtip line as
they
attempted to access the transport buses to other parts of the Hub and,
after
January 8, 1998, employees continued to be required to walk up to 90 ft.
north
beyond established barriers to access transport buses and in both cases
were
exposed to being struck by forklifts and other vehicular traffic.
One feasible method of abatement among others, is to provide sufficient
barriers or shields to
protect employees as they waited for or walked to transport buses.
