were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

hazards while working at elevated heights during tree removal operations:
a)  On 11-11-04, at 4843 Aspen Lane in Commonwealth, Wi., an employee was
fatally injured
as a result of a fall from a tree.  The employee, while cutting the top
section of the tree with
a chain saw, was exposed to a fall hazard of 25 to 30 feet above the
ground and was not using
fall protection.
A feasible abatement method is to follow the American National Standards
Institute standard
Z133.1-2000, for Arboricultural Operations - Pruning, Repairing,
Maintaining, and Removing
Trees, and Cutting Brush - Safety Requirements as applicable.
