elevated approximately 8 feet above the ground by a Nissan Enduro 35
forklift without fall
protection and without having the pallet secured to the mast of the
forklift.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to ensure that
employees utilize a safety platform that is equipped with standard
guardrails and ensure that
safety chains are used to secure the work platform to the mast of the
forklift.
