THE EMPLOYEE HAD NOT RECEIVED TRAINING ON THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AS REQUIRED BY E-Z-GO OWNERS MANUAL AND SERVICE GUIDE (MANUAL: 34674-GO1) AND ASME/ANSI B56.8.
