d) Provide and ensure the use of appropriate protective equipment.
e) Provide training and information to affected employees concerning the
potential hazards
associated with the confined space, proper use of personal protective
equipment, engineering
controls, communication between the entrant(s) and attendant(s), hazard
recognition and
emergency procedures.
f) Develop emergency and rescue procedures.
