another vehicle or

An employee working on the loading dock area was thrown from a forklift
while in the process
of unloading a flat bed truck.  The Powered Industrial Truck was struck by
the flat bed truck.
One feasible method of abatement would be to use the existing seat belts.
The Clark Fork Lift
was equipped with a seat belt by the manufacture.
