and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish to
each of his employees  condition of employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
a)Migrants exposed to live electrical wires, the
refrigerator in camp does not have a proper path to
ground resulting in migrants exposure to electricity
during routine acts such as food preparation.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method
of abatement to correct this hazard is to correctly
install new electrical cords on refrigerator with three
prong grounding type plug.  Employer should conduct
weekly inspection to ensure proper electrical maintenance
in camp.enance
